A truly independent business, owners Paula and Rachael, aim to bring you the finest quality products sourced from a range of local producers.
Choose from a range of English and continental – cheeses and cold meats, order one of our delicious sandwiches, paninis or light lunches, all freshly made to order, or treat yourself to one of our traditional cakes or puddings.

When you walk into Beatties you will see our lovely, traditional deli which has a fabulous range of fresh delights and preserves. We have an amazing cheese counter, cooked meats, Tracklements chutneys and sauces, luxury cheese biscuits, preserves, local honey, Botham’s of Whitby biscuits and Tea pigs teas! We also sell a wide selection of the very popular Powells coffee beans to takeaway or which we can grind for cafetieres and a selection of loose leaf teas including Gunpowder and Russian Caravan.
Hampers / gift sets are available to be made up for any occasion for example: Mother’s Day, Birthdays, Easter and Christmas or for a special treat. We have ready made ones or make your own!
